Can’t even begin to say enough kind words about Pete and Eagle Home Inspections. Pete was very thorough and provided us with a comprehensive report on the good, bad, and the ugly parts of our prospective home. Because of Pete’s great attention to detail, we were able to determine that the home would be more trouble than it was worth (it did, however, look nice on the surface) and we took back our offer, avoiding many future headaches and expenses. Eagle Home Inspections was referred by the well known and respected Real Estate Team, at Schatz Real Estate Group, here in the twin cities. (My Realtor was a personal referral as well.) I am not impressed with marketing strategy, licensure, certifications, or ‘competitive’ price lists.
