I’m so glad that we had Pete as the Inspector for our First House. he was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the inspection, gave great tips on periodic maintenance and explained everything in a way my wife and I could understand.

Pete did a great job inspecting our new home. This is our 4th home all of which we have had an inspection. Pete was by far my favorite home inspector out of the 4. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an inspection. He was very detailed and informative. Pete also completed the report same day so we could move forward in getting back to the sellers of our new home.

Pete was awesome. Showed me the whole house in detail and gave a lot of suggestions on how to improve the house in my own. Very patient and thorough. I highly recommend getting an inspection through him. Great guy
