At Eagle Home Inspections, all radon tests are accomplished using Sun Nuclear radon monitors. These are approved by the EPA and are calibrated on a yearly basis through Sun Nuclear.

• Reports are computer generated and printed on site immediately after the 48 hour test is complete. (click below to see sample report)
• Testing time takes 48 hours so I highly recommend if you’re including this service in your home inspection to schedule it 48 hours prior to the home inspection so we can go over the results together at the time of the home inspection.
