Our experience with Eagle Home Inspections was extremely positive. When my husband and I spend money on nearly anything, we do a pretty thorough cost-comparison analysis in addition to making sure the company that we are working with is a good fit for our us. Thank you Pete for the excellent work and this masterly written report. I was able to negotiate them to pay 100% to repair the air-conditioner and to pay 25% for the re-landscaping the back porch. I think it was best choice to go through your services instead of the ones provided by the seller or the buyer agent.
