It’s become almost impossible to get an inspection done in a timely manner around the Twin Cities. Pete was able to get mine in very quickly (within 2 days as I recall then the sellers rescheduled and he was able to get in the next day). He did a thorough job and I met him at the site to go over the inspection the same day, then sent me the full report the next morning. I’ve heard lately that some don’t do this and wait a week to get the report to the buyer.–which can make the final offer and counter-offer process very stressful depending on the terms of the Purchase Agreement. I wish my buyer had used Eagle Home Inspections.
